We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Any mods installed? Their system uses # as an escape character, and some automatically generated quest information will include names with # in it, causing other things to break, so a quest or text based mod could be causing thing.
