Croatia and Hungary are both sovereign.The Cumans are a minor power,extending from their steppe possessions.Dubruja rules a small piece of land.Venice rules a county.The Byzantine Empire is lord of Greece,Bulgaria,and Anatolia.The Seljuks rule a large portion of the Middle East.There are also their former subjects,the Abbasids,Jaleelids, Shabankarai,Khorasan,Kesranids,Marwanids, Uqaylids,and Beirut.Tye Fatimids rule the Holy Land and Hedjaz.Arabia is contested between the Atef,the Hashimids,and the aforementioned Seljuks.

Poland is a Christian state in a sea of pagans. Pomerania and Lithuania are the most powerful of these.Livonia,Estonia,Zemaitija,Curonia,Pruthenia, the Zemigallians,Chelmno,and Yatvingia.
==India==
The Kalyani Chalukya dominate this region.Smaller powers include the Somavansi,Chauhan,Solanki, Nepal,Pala,and Chola.Smaller States are the Rohana,Cedi,Chandela,Rashtrauka,Vodamayutja, Kalachuri,Tomara,Azizid,and Monyaul.Tibet is ruled by the Bhuama Pala,U-Tsang,Sumparu,Guge, Maryland,and a few smaller states.
==Byzantine Empire==
The Byzantine Empire is profoundly balkanized. Trebizond,Armeniacon,Nikaea,Paphlagonia, Charsianon,Cilcia,Cibyrrhaeot,Laodikea,and Samos are in Anatolia.Cyprus is united.Crete, Achaia,Athens,the Aegean Islands,Epirus, Dyrrachion,Thessalonika,Moesia,Karvuna,Thrace, and Adrianople are all Greek (or Bulgarian) themes. Nikaea and Samos also have Greek territories.The Byzantine Emperor controls three counties.
==The Holy Roman Empire and Southern Italy==
Sicily rules all of Southern Italy.The Papacy has land in Central Italy.Sardinia is Balkanized.Venice still exists and Genoa rules Nice.Tuscany is a huge power in Italy.Ancona also exists.Pisa is still sovereign.Verona,Lombardy,and Padua are smaller Italian powers.Montferrat,Provence,Savoy,and Upper Burgundy are Burgundian states.Bavaria, Bohemia,Saxony,Swabia,and both Lorraines are major German powers.Carinthia,Luxembourg, Brandenburg,Neumark,and the Imperial Domain are smaller states.
