Got a strange bug... I played as the Soviet union and I was at war with the Allies. I had managed to invent nukes and intercontinetal missiles so I sent a nuke to London to convince the Brittish that maybe it's time to surrender and join the mighty Union
The only problem was that instead of decreasing in value, London INCREASED in value... From 30 to 59 VP (The must really like having their houses blown to pieces and having radiation burns)
