As my crew and I finish mopping up the filth that is the Fortune Tellers from my newest brothel, I turn to my crew. As I want my doctor Nora (Grandma) to give everyone the once over I notice she is missing. I looked around for her. She couldn’t have been injured we were a well oiled machine. In fact, the most injure we suffered was figuring out was that stain their recent or from our battle.
As you are a neutral party, I am turning to you guys for aid. Find my missing Grandma.

so long story short Nora disappears from my party after I complete a building battle.

so long story short Nora disappears from my party after I complete a building battle.
I also had the same issue. I fought a bunch of thugs with 5 (or 4) crew members including Nora - after it was done all 5 (or 4) members were missing!
I was able to get 2 of them back by assigning them to Safehouses in other territories!
Nora was my advisor - she shows up but when I click on ROLE - it doesn't allow me to change her role or that of my UNDERBOSS - he was also one of the characters missing. So the ADVISOR, UNDERBOSS and 3 CREW members all disappeared after a thug battle. I've got 2 of them back as LIEUTENANTS but the ADVISOR (NORA) and the UNDERBOSS I cannot locate.
I think you'll find other such reports in the Bug Reports forum. Feel free to add your experience to those threads there, or make a new thread if you wish - either way attach an affected save game there.
