Hello there! I'm not sure what the issue here is so I would like to ask for the following information:
1. Who are you playing as?
2. Are you using the CB to force someone to become a tributary or are you using the Demand as Tributary interaction?
3. Does the issue persist now after the hotfix of 1.16.0.1?
