i searched the forums and this hasn't come up before, but i believe there is a problem with the cyclades territory.
in a recent game as italy (v1.1), i annexed greece. not long later, partisans rose up in the cyclades and took control of that province. now, no matter what i try, i can not make an amphibious landing on that territory. i've tried EVERYTHING, even putting the slider to attack at 0% (all units and ships are 100%, btw). day, night, both, makes no difference.
i'm wondering if this province has been linked incorrectly and that is preventing the amphib landings.
