The DLC is missing from the game.

Description​

i have a problem wth my dlc they dont appear in the launcher or in the game what i can do ?
I deleted the game and reinstalled it, but it still doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce​

i just click on play on steam and my dlc's are not present in the launcher or the game

The checksum 491d is for version 1.37.5 and not for 1.37.0. If you play 1.37.5, you won't see those DLCs in the launcher or in the DLC list, because they have been integrated into the base game: https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Downloadable_content#Built-in_DLCs

If you want to know that they are working, you can check some of their features. E.g. in the court tab you have abdicate and disinherit buttons if Rights of Man is working and national focus buttons if common sense is working and you can check Art of War by looking at the fleet window to see if you can mothball and upgrade ships

If you would play an older version, the DLCs Art of War, Common Sense and Rights of Man would have an icon in the list and if it is greyed out, you could see that the DLC is not active. But your screenshot shows the list from version 1.37.5 which does not have the icons for these DLCs anymore, because they have been built into the base game.

Did you do the things which I suggested to check if the built-in DLCs are working?
