Ok OK... I suck at the above languages. But I can read them

Wanted to make an AAR thread based on the success of the "ask the DR." series. I want to give everyone an equal chance in what they think the right way to play is. Gonna add some twists here to make it more fun (at least I think it will be fun). Gonna have one host. This host will actually play the game and post the screenies. Everyone else gets to choose from the following:
1) Ground forces commander
2) Naval forces commander
3) Air forces commander
4) Production commander
5) Political Commander
There can be many of each so pick one you like. Each week commanders will discuss and collectively vote on what they will do the following week. The game will be played for one month and we will repeat. I will appont an actual player/host. If you have interest here (you will need to post the pics weekly and write up a small narrative) let me know.
We will be playing as Japan in the '36 scenario. Choose your profession and begin discussion on what you think is important from the begining. I will let you know when I have selected a host and when the AAR will begin. I am going to select 2) Naval forces commander.
