The Dynasty Perk "Dedicated Contributors" from the "Metropolitan" Legacy path gives a bonus that is not show anywhere in the description

Description​

If you pick the "Dedicated Contributors" Perk from the "Metropolitan" Legacy path it increases the base Republic Obligations by 15%, from the regular 20% to 35%. This however is shown nowehre in the Perk Selection Tab and i found it only after wondering why my mayors where giving me so much money.

Steps to reproduce​

Pick the "Dedicated Contributors" Perk from the "Metropolitan" Legacy path and check the Republic Obligations on any vassal.
