I made this strategy myself in Korea,
I pride ourselves on being a major strategy.

If you're having trouble with Byzantine, follow along.
I filmed it in a normal game for convenience, but it's possible enough in Iron Man.

0:27 Privilege is a choice outside of the three monarch points: wine monopoly, glass monopoly, expansionist zeal, and religious diplomacy.

K-136.jpg

After 1:45 Let's make Epirus a subordinate state. Then Ottoman rivals will appear as a guaranteed result.

K-137.jpg

1:58 Check out the countries that the Ottomans guaranteed of their independence here. If it's Serbia, set up a spy network targeting Serbia. If you are Wallachia, please form an alliance.
Fortunately, this game guaranteed independence for both countries.
Then the situation is most favorable for the Byzantines.

K-138.jpg

2:30 Now let's form a defensive alliance with an Orthodox Minor State or Hungary to avoid the first attack.
Especially Trebizond, please be sure to form an alliance.
When war is declared on Trebizond, future Ottoman forces will move to the Balkans via the Crimea.

K-139.jpg

3:00 Now let's designate Ottoman as our rival.
If we designate Ottoman as a rival, Wallachia will complete her first mission.
Its mission is "to ally with Ottoman's rival".
The clearing of this can be confirmed by Wallachia's perpetual claim to the Bulgarian provinces.

K-140.jpg

3:40 If this happens, the Ottomans attack the Anatolian minor states, which are easier and more culturally equal to the Byzantines with whom they have defensive alliances.
Ottoman will send all his forces to Anatolia.
This is the right time to attack.
Hire a free company (+ additional mercenaries) and put the galleys in front of Gallipoli.
If you intend to call on Wallachia, be sure to declare war after June '47.

K-141.jpg

4:37 Capture Gallipoli by rushing after the naval bombardment!
In that case, all Ottoman forces in Anatolia would be isolated!
The Vulcan is within our grasp!

K-142.jpg

6:32 Once you have captured all the Ottoman Balkan strongholds, open the straits.
Then split into 16K / 15K (23K / 11K if you're unlucky) and the Ottoman army will enter Gallipoli or Constantinople.
If you are trying to enter Constantinople, block the strait again and lead it to Gallipoli where the hills exist.

K-143.jpg

6:42 Now call Wallachia to the strike and hand over Edirne.
Wallachia's second mission is "Walachia captures the Ottoman capital".
Its effect is "Immediately execute Ottoman's current overlord, all sons, wives, and regents, and trigger Osman's sword."
Using this, you can execute Mehmet II, a 6/4/6, 12-year-old monster, and decisively break Ottoman's flight.

K-144.jpg

7:17 Don't wait for military level 4. Our vassal forces can't keep up with Ottoman and Byzantine military level 4.
That's why (if possible) it's a good idea to go into battle when everyone is at military level 3.
If you manage to get into Gallipoli, use your galley again to block the straits to cut off the retreat.
If you somehow win the morale fight with the hill terrain bonus, the Ottoman army will be annihilated as there is no retreat.

K-145.jpg

7:42 This allows you to take all of the Greek territory in a single battle.
And let's bring 'Skopje' for the match against Serbia.

K-147.jpg

After peace negotiations were completed on the 1st of every month, war was declared against Serbia, which had Ottoman guarantees of independence again!

Then Ottoman will have to go to war one more time as a scarecrow!
Use this to close the strait again and occupy all Balkans!

If you wait, you can safely get 30-36% war points, which can be used to bring you another 850 gold and war reparations.
but Just don't completely 'clean' the Ottoman forces.
We can see the disaster in which Genoa, Venice, Poland, and Mamluks all declared war on the Ottomans and took the land that we ought to eat first.

However, there are three caveats to this strategy.

1. In terms of experience, there is a 10-15% chance that Ottoman does not declare war or does it to Albania. In this case, you have to restart.

2. Although this is a very rare case, it is convenient to restart if Crimea and Tunis are allies. These are the strong axes of the start navy in their own way, so the blockade at sea is incapacitated or rapidly becomes difficult. Especially since Crimea sends its army via Poland, it's a good idea to restart.

3. If Moldavia joins Poland in an event (70%) and neither the Ottomans nor the Hungarians guarantee Wallachia independence, break the alliance with Wallachia. Poland is quickly occupied as the mission provides a claim to Wallachia. If things went this way, 'just don't call allies to war.' It is much easier for the Byzantines to win alone than to disrupt the naval blockade for no reason.
