"I can't tell you what it really is... I can only tell you what it feels like. It feels like a steel knife in my heart. Yes, the rumors are true, this war... its over. As I speak, I have sent top diplomats accompanied by General Douglas MacArthur to sign the peace treaty. To our Asian allies, forgive me. And to the American people, forgive me. God bless America, God bless the nations of the world upon whom the dark cover of night descends upon. I have failed you."
- President John Nance Garner, September 2nd 1946

"Gangsters sit down to plan an afternoon school program. A religious fanatic writes a book about the glories of socialism. You, my comrades are in the belly of the vulture, you are the oppressed. However fear not! For we move eastward bringing liberation! Retreat is not an option for us. Do not wait for us, at this very moment freedom fighters rise against the German jackboot, once occupied minds are activating and people are waking up, the insurgency is alive and well. We are building up a new world, do not sit idly by, do not remain neutral. There is a war going on for your mind, if you are thinking, you are winning. Resistance is Victory, Victory is Freedom. Reach within you, the fate of everyone you know depends on it."
- Soviet propaganda broadcasted over Eastern Europe, 1941-1944

"We are victorious in the West! The Kaisarreich is no more! Our glorious troops march on Berlin and the mad Kaiser has been captured by the brave men of the 'Reapers'"
- Soviet radio station on V-E Day, August 23rd, 1944

"If at all there were ever a grievous day in history, allow it to be this one."
- General Secretary Nikolai Bukharin, August 29th, 1946, moments after the atomic bombings of Tokyo, Osaka, and Hiroshima

"It is with a heavy heart upon which I make this announcement, at precisely 2:43 A.M, under the cover of darkness, American soldiers crossed the Canadian border in order to re-instate the rightful Canadian government, couped by members of the People's Liberation Army of Canada. We are on a mission of righteous fury, against the evils of Godless socialism, whom had taken upon its self to massacre a democratically elected government."
- American President Joseph McCarthy, January 23rd 1954

"We stand united!"
- Cries heard in Cairo, Damascus, and Jerusalem after the establishment of the Soviet backed United Arab Republic

If you read my last AAR that I abandoned, then you should know what this is ;).

Great historical overview! Soviets were first to reach the Moon, that's surely a great victory in space race for them.

Well, I'm interested. Just got no clue whats going on. Doing the Cold War mod or whatever it is that takes place in current time?

Its a MDS-Kaisereich homemade mod, and the actual scenario will begin on 2003.

Those are awesome pictures!

are you using a modern day Kaiserreich mod?

Thanks! Yes I am using a MDS-Kaiserreich mod

Interesting setting, I'm waiting to see how things develop.

Thanks!

Yeah, I figured after the victory over the USA and Mittleeuropa that they would most certainly have a much larger resource base to spend on space.

So, There's been a three way cold war? USA, Internatilae and Soviet Union?

Yes sir, I explain they're falling out soon.

This is surely going to be interesting! I am subscribing.
