Why do I feel like us Steam users got screwed a bit? No serial to reg the game here, no manual, no dlc (Impluse got there dlc, wtf? did gamersgate?)
Not to mention Neocore has been silent since the game was released, many people including me crashing and no word we can't even play our game its broken!

Just a simple post from Neocore acknowledging the problem and saying they are working on it would go a long way. Kate_Neocore (forum name) did a good job of posting about the crashes on King Arthur I don't know why they wouldnt do the same here.

Well sooner or later everyone will find out that Steam just cant compete with gamersgate when it comes to user friendlyness. Especially with Paradox games. I am not sure if that bad service isnt dont by Paradox to keep guys with Gamersgate. Wouldnt be necessary , its so superior anyway.
