Thank you for the report. Does this issue also happen if you are playing without mods enabled?
To disable mods, try adding "--disableModding" as a launch option (https://pdxint.at/LaunchOptionsCS). This removes access to PDX Mods entirely, and if the game and a new save works with this enabled then the issue lies in the mods you have installed, and if you're unable to disable your mods in-game you can always do so on the web version.
