The game crashing all the time now

can we fix that plz, have be playing alot, but this 2 last days the game start to crash all the time, have never see that problem before at this game

Due to the limited details on the Operating System, I can assume that you run Windows.

I will require these files to check the issue.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please send in the game log C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\debug.txt

Press the Windows Key and R together and copy this string into the dialog box that pops up,

"C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\"

The %username% is universal on Windows to redirect to the operating user's files.

Then upload the debug.txt here.

I'm unable to find an issue with the debug.txt. Could you let me know what happened when the game crashed, As I see Load Map was successful.

It does state AppHang in DXDiag. So it's not easy to determine a fix at this time.

This isn't a definite fix to the problem but verifying the game files might be the way to go for now. If everything is good then I will need to dig further.

Right Click the App in your Steam Library -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of game files

will i did see i get crash fils in the prison arc file holder, and its running slower and it have hard time any hour in need opdate money or save game and stop like 3-4 sec and think 2 -3 game hours it can not more and just close game

and have just try to play again after i did Verify Integrity of game files, and it only run for 20 min or less before it just stop and closeing the game and did get a new crach files

Hello, bonjour and good morning

I'm just bumping here 'cause I've encountered the same problem as this gentleman above.

The game continues crashing without a warning. I thought that was related to how quick the game was played but it turns out that even at the slowest rate of game, it's still crashing.

Here is the latest crash report.

And I run a Windows 10 v1903 (18362.356) 64bits if that may help

I ran a check on the files' integrity without anything reported.

Specs : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.2GHz 2.21GHz
16GB RAM
