The game is not displayed in the paradox launcher

I downloaded the paradox launcher from the website and installed it, but of all my games, only Stellaris and Surviving Mars are displayed, but there is no HOI 4.

The standalone launcher doesn't support all games hence they're not showing. You can still play through Steam fine though.

That's right, HOI4 was never ported to the standalone Paradox Launcher platform.

Also, Stellaris is no longer supported on it,so recent patches and other content do not appear there.

You need to run both games from Steam instead.
