Description​

I noticed this ever since GoE had released. After starting the game, it will freeze for a few seconds every two minutes. Clicking the game won't do anything as it had stop responding as indicated within task manager. However, it will not crash as a few seconds later it will back to normal for two minutes.
Attached are logs for last session. Last session is starting the game select Germany in 1936 and just look around, focus tree, research tree, ship, tanks, plane designers.
