The holy sites were lost after a new confession creation

Description​

I created a new confession for the Mazdayasna (changed a tenet and some doctrines). After creation was done I hit a Holy Sites tab and saw two of five sites labeled as #holy_site_name (or something like that, don't remember exactly). I reloaded my game and now my confession has only three sites (see attached picture). Adur Burzen-Third and Adur Farnbag are completely missing.
Can`t provide the savegame file, I played ironman mode.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Create a new confession for a Mazdayasna (change a tenet and some doctrines)
2. Go to the Holy Sites tab
3. See strange labelled sites
4. Reload the game
5. The sites are missed
