This is my first project (or in other words I have little experience in modding DH) so any advice or ideas will be appreciated. I hope you all wish me luck on it. The basic idea of the scenario is that the monarchy will remain in power in North Germany while the South falls to communism.

I'm wondering how this would work. I mean the split of Germany.
One way would be that Germany looses the war earlier and on German soil. Maybe the Battle of the Somme is a victory for the Allies. It gets even bloodier than OTL. The Germans halt the Allied offensive in German soil, but by 1917 a Russian revolution happens and similarly a German one.
The Kaiser makes peace with the Allies, accepts their demands (which are not as harsh this time) and concentrates on fighting the reds.
The Allies have problems of their own with socialist elements and they don't want Germany to fall. A civil war reins, which ends in a stalemate in 1919 or so.
The Southern communist state could annex Austria in the mix, since the war would spill to their side too and the Austrians are also fed up with their Emperor after this war and all the poverty.

Unfortunately I'm still working on the map as the mod is in very, very early stages of development.

Germany is communist and the Kaiser create an state in Eastern Prussia....It can be an possibility....

I propose France become an rigth/right wing gouvernement because of the red scare ( Fascist gouvernement or Bonapartist/Bourbons restoration )

Well Germany won't start communist, it will start split between the south and the north (the socialists and monarchists respectively) but eventually there will be an event to reunite the country under a monarchy or a Socialist Republic.

Oh, I'm using the normal map, I honestly think it's unnecessary to integrate the updated E3 map. (doing that would mean I would need to fix the assigned provinces add province pictures etc.)
