Hi everybody!

I've to say it's a very interesting project you're working. I'm a fan of the WWI era (this war was fought by gentleman, by royal King and Emperors not by bloody dictators murdering millions of civilians).

Therefore I would like to contribute myself into the work. I own the "WWI Databook" you talked in one of the threads. This is the best information source of the war full packed with leaders, ministers, division numbers, ships). The most detailed thingy I’ve ever saw. Every division is listed with their leader, production output, manpower,...)

So if you have any question you just refer to the KvGIB (the Kraus v Güntner Information Bureau).

I would be glad to lend you a helping hand.
Markus

All sounds rather grandiose! :D

THIS is the website for the modification - there is plenty that needs doing, the progress page shows you approximately how much has and hasn't been done yet.

What would be useful are minister and leader names for some more minor nations - we're managing to slog our way through the larger/medium ones, but it's certainly difficult to find who was Ecuador's Intelligence Chief in 1919 etc... ;)

Welcome aboard, always glad for more help. Kraus v Güntner any help that you can contribute towards will be most appreciated.

Instead it was the Emperors/Generals/Fieldmarshalls that allowed millions of enlisted men to be slaughtered....
..some gentlemen...

bloody dictator, bloody emperor.. what is the difference

(note; WW1(and/or the country leaders) created famine for the civilians not directly living in the battlezone...).

"aristocracy is the elite..that is not a maxim, that is a definition..but the elite of 'human kind' ?? that is arrogance..
