Whenever i try to launch any game that uses the Paradox launcher it quickly switches to a grey screen and stops working. I've tried uninstalling it several times but it still won't work

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Everyone else is experiencing this too, on every Paradox game. It happens as soon as the launcher logs in. There's something wrong on Paradox's end that they'll have to fix.
Well not literally everyone but it is very widespread, yes.
For now though what you could try is the following:
1. Disconnect from the internet
2. Start the launcher and sign out (if you're still signed in)
3. Reconnect and see if the launcher loads as normal (we think the issue is the account login part)
If it doesn't, then running the .exe file from the installation directory or running the game whilst offline is the current workaround until we have it fixed.
