Welcome one and all to this new Interactive AAR. I decided to start a new thread for the AAR, the other thread can be the voting thread.
Persia came top in the votes surpassing all overs with 3 votes ;) .
I would now like to outline posiitons which people have applied for so that there is no confusion.

Head Of State: Shah A. Trooper
Head Of Goverment: Shah A. Trooper
Deputy Head Of Goverment: To be appointed.
Chief Of Staff & Minister Of Armaments: GeneralBob
Chief Of Army: Poppy7143
Chief Of AirForce: Seidita
Chief Of Navy: Xizo
Minister Of Information: Backfire
Foreign Minister: Metal
Minister Of Intelligence: To be appointed
Minister Of Internal Affairs: To be appointed

Personal Advisor: Ksim3000.

Okay right as you can see there are still a few vacancies in the administral posts.

Also as Persia currently has no Navy or Air Force as of yet the ministers responsible for those organsations have the tempoary title of AirForce Researcher and Nautical & Maritime Researcher. That means untill the Navy or Air force is established you have a say in the technologies of those departments you think we should invest in. When the Air Force and Navy come into exsistence you are responsible for them and still carry the responsibility for research into those areas.

The Cheif Of Army likewise has a say in the Military Investments and is in charge of the overall Armies and if is not happy with a certain General or leaders performance can complain directly to the Shah for the persons removal from office and can even go as far as offering advice on a replacement, wether the Shah will listen to him however is a different story.
He also decides wether or where certain provinces should be fortified, However the Chief Of Armanents can try and dissaprove of this if he feels Persia's econmy will suffer. In this case both parties wil have to submit evidence and it shall be put to the vote.
As the game progresses more responsiblilites will be open to him.

The Minister Of Information is responsible for the morale of the nation and its people, to show the good in bad events and to keep certain 'harmful' events and occurences from the people, so as they do not become delirious or corrupt. Also as the game progresses more responsibilities await him.

The Chief Of Staff is responsible in the event of war, to plan military offensives and defences and to listen to the generals and others about there opinions on how such offensives should be forged. He then takes what advice he thinks is best before showing the Shah for approval. The only perosn who can overule the Chief Of Staff is the Shah and in some cases the Chief Of Army.
The Cheif Of Staff must liason with the Minister Of Arnaments to work out the best way in which to deal with Logisitcs.

The Minister Of Armanents is in charge of all the nations imports and exports. He is also resposnible for looking for deals on the world market and mangaing Convoys. He also takes on more respnsbilities as the game progresses.

The foreign Ministers job is to define the nations political policies and inform the Shah and his 'goverment' on the developments in the world political and domestic and to order what to do about it. He also can also overule a declaration of war on political terms if he feels it will be harmful to Perisa's political intrests and affiars. He must liason with the Minister Of Information to help him form his statements to the people.

Lt.General Neff- The leader of Persia's First Army, he is responsible for the upkeep of the Divisions under his comamnd, wether to update equipment, wether to relocate troops and can voice opinions on war and has a hand in planning offesnives. He can also request new divisons etc and can choose were in peacetime he wants his army to garrison. All in all he is in charge of his army and its activities.

would be fun if every minister would go and find a banner for theit ministry
 
I think that we should invest in a mutli-role fighter. WE can't afford each kind so we must invest in a flexible one.

Also let it be known i support a naval program, at least transports so we can invade other resource rich lands (ie Siam)

Thanks for the screens, for the army we need to focus more quanity than quality so we can overwealm our enemies. Later we can build armour but for now calvary will have serve that purpose

Surely a mountain division aswell, for the rugged terrain of Persia and of course many neigbours have similar terrain.

So do you suggest we not spend any money on military research and just try to get as many Divisions as possible.

I was suggesting a multi-role fighter. And it may not be a bad idea to use all spare IC's towards building divisions. At least initally while we destroy our enemies.

Unfortunatly i cannot paste the screenies 2nite as i am preparing to go back to college 2moro and so 2moro evening is when you shall recieve them. Sorry.
 
Sir our technicians have with the help of western companies developed a homeradio. Thoue this is now something new but this one is cheap and easily be made a thing for every persian household, the western companies would even be glad to do bussines here in Persia. Now the extrordinary thing with this radio is that is also includes a listening device. This radio i request should be mandatory for every perisan home and larger workspace/installation.

This way we will ensure the loyalty of our citizens. With your permission i will also handle the police responsible for this.
 
I guess my job is to give advice about everything?

I like the idea of a listening device and a multi role fighter. Right now our military is weak. Iraq or Afghanistan could conquer us. I recommend we go fascist that way when war begins we can go into the Middle East, the Southern Soviet Union, and Britains rich rubber provinces.
 
I am afraid i have to put this AAR on hold for another week as my life has become very complicated recently.
