I found an event in the game files (wuw_GER_legions.1), which gives Germany two Georgian generals and some troops, representing the creation of die Georgische Legion. I played historical Germany twice but this event never happed. So the question is: what shoud I do to trigger it?

And additionally: where in the game files is there information about such events' triggers (if I use this word correctly)? The Lokot autonomy event for example contains the descriptions of the trigger (you have to be fascist/neutral, occupy Bryansk, Kursk, Orel etc.). But some of them, including the Georgian Legion one, contain just "is_triggered_only = yes".

It was stated in the dev diary that the georgian legion is formed if you as non-historical germany go for the focus grand eastern duchies (monarchist germany path) once the focus is complete you get an even about the legion forming.

If an event is_triggered_only = yes, that means that it can only be triggered by another piece of script explicitly calling it (as opposed to other events, which can trigger themselves when their triggers are true). There's no 'one place' where all the trigger info is contained-- you just have to find where the code calls the event. It could be focuses, decisions, on_actions, other events, or anywhere else that the game can call effects.

EDIT: Just checked the files myself, the event is a completion reward for the focus 'Establish Eastern Grand Duchies'
