Here is the read me:

This is of course only compatible with Victoria: Revolutions and OHgamer's most

recent hotfix (# 5).

###########
# CREDITS #
###########

I really, really have to thank the WWEP (The World Wide Era of Peace) people for

their original work, for if it was without it, this mod and the other one included

never could have been done. So WWEP people, you know where you are and if you read

this, a big hardy thank you :)

################
# INSTALLATION #
################

I have made this very easy to install, just unzip into your strategy first directory

found: C:\Program Files\Strategy First . This will then lead you to your main

Victoria: Revolutions directory which is where the files are to be replaced. If you

choose you can make a seperate installation of your Victoria: Revolutions directory,

but this is not neccesary. This modification does overwrite two folders, but it does

not effect the original game at all. I've also included the 2.01 NTL patch, just

incase you don't know where to find it in the forums. This will allow you to play up

until 2500, rather than 1936.

####>>>> IMPORTANT <<<<####

It will take a minute or two to fully unzip. I don't have rar or any other unpacker

on my computer, thus I am forced to use just a regular old zip folder.

Please be patient.

# SATISFACTION AND APPRECIATION #
#################################

I've also included "The Russian Civil War" FKA "the Commuberry Tales" at no extra

cost ;). My only reward can only be hours and hours of fun for both you and I.

And your undying satisfaction and appreciation. Thank you.

# HISTORY #
###########

Version history:

The Russian Civil War:

As far as this combo pact is concerned, the only new thing I did was fixed a bug

and gave those two Saudi Arabian provinces that were currently empty, to Britain.

And of course changed the name.

The Roaring 20's:

Converted my littly doosy The Russian Civil War, to a pre WWII mod.

I also changed a few provinces around.

# THINGS TO DO #
################

CHINA: Yes, I am aware that China is not just a big lump of territory from 1910 and

the empire that fell in the revolution of 1911. I will fix China, one day, God willing.

Hope everyone enjoys :) Any bugs please report here

Here would be the railroad and factory fix. Factory causing the message at scenario startup and railroads (many) causing the CTD.

EDIT

More RR mistakes. Version 2 (and last version of tonight) available now.

See if this is for good.

You will automatically have a CTD if you don't have a political party in power, FYI. Pick a party, then game away...

Addition, dormant mods are up for bid. 1919 will be mine, I am very interested in the Russian Rev. era, and after 3 hours of modding this morning and 2 and a half of trying to figure out what the hell I did wrong, a CTD WITHOUT any error message, which could be anywhere in the scenario, I think I deserve it ;) Which will go back to TWWEOP (The World Wide Era of Peace) mod, I just like that name better because it makes no sence whatsover, given the atmosphere of the post WWI era. Why they named it that, I don't know....

Some new goodies to look out for: moved almost every army around for White and Red Russia. Given the variables of the real Russian Revolution this should be an interesting war indeed, with my changes in starting stats and such.

Lithuania and Finland actually have armies, and good ones at that :D

Plus something else I can't remember because I've been at this for 6 hours now. Oh my!

Does anyone know who was on the original WWEOP team? If you (they) read this, would you like to help?

And off topic: how do you go about editing VikiWiki? Can anyone do it? It's horribly out of date... :(

Please use the 1919 mod forum for any further discussion and details and download links.
