The Subjugation of Austria Event

Description​

I already make Austria my vassal the "The Subjugation of Austria" triggered but it does not make Austria change name to "Eyalet-i Avusturya" nor it change color
and somehow if i make Austria Eyalet the name is change if u click on Austria but on vassal panel it's name still Austria like screenshot below

Steps to reproduce​

Release both Tirol and Styria in first and second war with Austria, Vassalize Austria by then wait until Event triggered
