I suggest new consequences of the Third Rome Event with Russia.

Since you can move your capital to Constantinople, that means you are the official Successor of the Byzantine Empire.

This should imply new claims on all the traditionnal Byzantine sphere of influence, that is too say at least Greece and Asia Minor.

This should allow to protect your new capital city and it would also be consistent with the long lasting Byzantine influence in the region.

New missions should be created in the mission tree after this event.

What is the point of moving capital to Constantinople then?

Even historically Catherine II didn't want to annex it and make a capital, but actually restore Byzantine Empire as a Greek state in a smaller scale, with her grandson Konstantin being one of possible candidates for throne.
