I apologize in advance for my English, I use a translator.
Hello! I love playing as a feudal empire with a lot of vassals in the hegemony. But I still can't figure out a few things (I do not know if this is a bug or not):

1) If there is another independent state in the hegemony that In a bad relationship of one of my vassals, then this vassal constantly asks permission to exit from this state, not from me (I am the president of the Federation) (and he is allowed to exit).

2) If there state in bad relationship with vassal in the federation, and the vassal is not in the federation, then when the agreement with the vassal is changed (restriction of diplomacy), a notification is sent that the vassal has joined a NON-EXISTENT federation. But at the same time, he did not become a member of any federation. These problems go from game to game. And I don't know anymore, maybe I have a problem with the files.
