I was looking at the wiki and specifically the trait page and did the math. If you have under one rule and xenophobic, go down purity, luck into the omnicodex, and flip xenophile and pick up xenocompatibility you can get a truly insane amount of points and picks.
14 positive trait points at base, 10 trait picks. With 14 points, you can run erudite, robust, fertile, machinist and the automodding trait vocational genomics without running a single red trait. With 5 picks leftover.
With those 5 picks, pick up unruly for +2 trait points and 4 picks remaining. After that, do whatever you want. You don't need any job producing traits since the automodding trait is doing it already, you can't have any of the habitabiliy or intelligent traits. But after that the choice is yours.
I don't consider this broken at all since it does require a very specific origin, specific leader traits, flipping ideologies, and an rng fest for the omnicodex, but it is hypothetically possible.
