aodgame.exe is like 0 kb.
i installed hoi2
i installed hoi2 doomsday
i installed hoi2 armageddon
i installed hoi arsenal of democracy
i installed patch 1.03 for aod
i installed iron cross
now it says : aodgame.exe is not a vaild win 32 program.
hmmm
what does it mean with that
what did i do wrong?

Hi

Is a problem with the installation.

You don't need install hoi2, hoi2 doomsday and hoi2 armageddon

1 install AoD in (for example) c:\games\aod
2 install AoD 1.03 in the same path (don't use steam, download it from aod server)
3 install Iron Cross 1.00 in the same path
4 Install Iron Cross 1.02 (or 1.03beta) in the same path

I got something like this. I installed it over Darkest Hour, but so far it doesn't seem to do anything. Do you have to have the latest patches for the install to work properly?

Yes, it should work with DH patch 1.02 and Iron Cross patch 1.02
Remember to select DH version and DH main folder when installing IC over DH.
Also, remember to select IC from DH launcher when launching the game.

So, in this order;

Install patches 1.01 and 1.02
Select C:\Games\Darkest Hour\ (where the game was installed)
Ensure starting Iron Cross via DH's start up menu

EDIT: It seems that Darkest Hour is up to date...gonna try reinstalling IC and see if I can select it from the DH menu.

2) Patch DH to 1.2 final
3) Install IC, selecting DH version in installer and pointing to C:\Games\Darkest Hour\ (in your case)
4) Install patch 1.02 of IC, selecting DH version in installer and pointing to C:\Games\Darkest Hour\ (in your case)
5) Select IC from DH launcher when launching the game

Also, check the checksum:
- DH 1.02 Full -> KPNA
- DH 1.02 Light -> TXBL
- DH 1.02 + Iron Cross 1.00 + Iron Cross 1.02 -> ZJKM

i had IC with Arma and it was working fine. But then i decided to put IC onto AOD as well to see how it works. But now i get not a win32 app when i try and start IC Arma and AOD is still AOD without IC. They were both in diff folders with diff names. But when i tried to install IC onto AOD it combined the 2 folders together and gave it a diff name. Does it matter if the games were from diff sources? IE HOI2/doomsday/Arma is on disk. IC from gamersgate. AOD from gamestop.
