Im using playstation 5 as my gaming platform.
Game versio is latest Galactic Paragons. I quess its in settings V: Caelun v3.9.3. 131640, R: 09.02
I have all DLCs active.
Topic tells when and how it started happening. And now i managed to make it happen again, it started when they sended me that secret loyalty proposion and i can only get it to stop if i close my game down completely. I have YT video clip:
where its happens & keeps going on, i only can silent it by lowering effect volume but i want to keep some effect sounds on ofc. It was still going even i exit my game to the menu but it stopped after i closed a whole game. (that i dont have on clip) That noice on video is that empires sound when u go their menu to look their diplomacy and details and it should stop when u exit but it just kept going.
So everytime that happen i need to close game completely and start it again. Frustrating.. Needs patch to fix this. (again)
