Hello,
This is 24 hours timelapse of the University Square of my city.
I am an architect with a passion for the history of urbanism and city evolution.
I like Cities: Skylines very much and I wanted to play it as unmodded as possible and using only basic in-game tools.
The only mod I used after I unlocked all buildings at 90.000 population was the 25 expansion tile mod. I have around 20 distinct districts and every new neighborhood was integrated organically in the existing layout.
I took great care of traffic and services integration. I now have 550.000 inhabitants and traffic flow over 90%. Everything works just fine. My main goal was to increase the commercial zones, especially tourists ones because having a European style city the only high-rise buildings are from tourist zoning. I always tried to stay economically stable and positive and managed to do so. I hope you like my approach.
