Timurid Dynasty event seems to be triggering multiple times

Description​

(note, the mod I have on is Internal strife which does not effect event files in any way)
the event where a timurid prince marches on you after Shah Ruh (whatever his name is) dies triggers way too many times, with the same ruler name for everyone. This may be slightly amplified by internal strife making rebels stronger, causing multiple countries to lose to pretenders, but still shouldn't happen multiple times. This resulted in a MASSIVE spread of the dynasty, all with "Muhammad I" as the ruler.
Note, I do not have the new winds of change dlc or king of kings, which would be the ones effecting this region

Open game
start game
wait (although I picked a country near timurids, Mushasha, so that may be related)
