A couple of edited timurid events: (Fixed problem where if the timurids lost samarkand they'd try to build the observatory anyway, losing the money for no benefit, and added a capital move to kabul in 1450 to put the timurids where they need to be for the mongol transformation.)

This doesn't do what you want it to. 49002 will be instantly triggered if choice A in 49001 is chosen; if choice B is chosen it will always happen if QAR and AKK aren't at war at some point within its date range.

What you want to do is remove the command={type=trigger...} clause from 49001's action_a, and add command = { type = sleepevent which = 49002 } to 49001's action_b.
