Title History for Elevated Confederation Broken After Title is Destroyed

Description​

Once you get a normal kingdom tier title, it will remove the confederation king title. However, if your character died with the confederation title and it was only in a later character that a normal kingdom title is acquired, then the confederation title will disappear in the title history as a black flag.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Form a confederation
2. Die with the confederation kingdom title
3. As the next character, form a normal kingdom
4. Look at the title history of the previous character.

I did the above with the Kimek as a nomad ruler.

Side note, I think I remember seeing someone mention that the confederation title is supposed to be replaced with a normal kingdom title on succession, but that did not happen.
