When I have some spare monarch points to spend, and also a few hundred provinces owned by colonies or vassals, scrolling through that massive list while the game lags showing all the development-tooltips to try and find a province I actually own that's worth developing is annoying. Please add a "show subject nations" checkbox to the development-list, or let us filter by nation.
