    - CK3 religions may now use named_colors and HSV colors.
    - CK3 colors may now be given in the format "color = rgb { X Y Z }" in addition to the existing formats "color = { X Y Z }" and "color = hsv { X Y Z }".

    This is a bugfix release, plus EU4 and CK3 both get a new development mapmode.

    - New "Total development" mapmode for EU4 which sums base_manpower, base_tax, and base_production
    - New "Development" mapmode for CK3 which tracks "change_development_level" in title history
    
    Bugfixes:
    - Fix issue with map not refreshing after setting custom mapmode colors
    - Fix issue with map not refreshing after saving changes in a text editor
    - Print a warning instead of crashing if a CK3 geographical_region file uses a title that is not defined in landed_titles
