Tooltip for donating money to church as an adventurer incorrect

Description​

The amount of piety that it reports you will receive when donating to a temple does not decrement correctly. It correctly reports that you will receive 250 piety the first time, but when you try to donate again immediately it reports that you will receive 250 when you actually receive 125. If you do so again, it reports that you will receive 125 when you actually receive 83.5, and so on. I believe it's performing the check and incrementing the counter out of order.

Steps to reproduce​

As an adventurer, visit a temple holding, go to the temple, and donate money. Note that you gain 250 piety. Leave the holding, return, and donate again. Note that the tooltip says you will gain 250 piety, when you actually gain 125.
