I was playing as Russia and had a TP in a Spanish ToT province. Spain eliminated my army there and took ownership. Should that happen for an Orthodox country?

ToT only applies to Catholic and Counter-Reformed Catholic countries, so that would be a bug. You're sure they didn't burn your TP and build their own? Can you reproduce it?
