Tours and Tournament achievements not unlocking

Description​

I have gone to a pilgrimage to all 7 Hindu holy sites (Pathway to Heaven) and I have landed a lowborn knight who won a Grand Tournament contest (Knight's tale) and my wife became my soulmate in our Grand Wedding (A thousand and one night), won all contests at a grand tournament with at least three contests (Little William Marshal), but none of the achievements unlocked.

Steps to reproduce​

Start Ironman. Complete achievements. Enjoy how nothing happens.

Tried the holy site achievement again (Pathway to heaven) with another character, still doesn't unlock. Succeeded in a Legendary Hunt, but Ahab doesn't unlock either. The Very Best also hasn't unlocked, despite several characters completing one of the 4 hastiluder tracks.
But, weirdly, Legacy of the Campeadores suddenly unlocked by itself. I do not play even close to Valencia, I started with a custom character.

Hello There! Thank you for report - unfortunately, some of the issues we were unable to reproduce:
- Problems Knight's tale and A thousand and one night you state were occurring on 1.9.0.4 version - is this still case for you in 1.9.1 version? If so, could you attach saves where achievements do not unlock?
- For The Very Best achievement, could you attach save where achievement does not unlock despite having one full track in hastiluder trait? And same for Pathway to Heaven with all holy sites without an Unvisited Holy Site modifier on them?
- For Legacy of the Campeadores achievement, could you attach your save for this one as well?

Knight's tale and A thousand and one night: I can try to reproduce them, I haven't tried again after that save. A Knight's tale I see have "win a Grand Tournament" as a requirement in Steam, but https://ck3.paradoxwikis.com/ say that the requirement is to win a joust. I didn't win a joust, so if that is the requirement, the achievement is just badly phrased in Steam.

See attached save for the other lacking achievements. And that is the game where Legacy of the Campeadores wrongfully unlocked as well.
The following should have unlocked:

1. The very Best
2. Pathway to Heaven
3. Ahab (you can see the legendary black leopard pelt on the throne room wall)
4. Little William Marshal
5. Fly, My Pretty
6. Like No One Ever Was
7. There and Back Again.
