Description​

As the Title says
Goals not enforcing at -100 and forcing enemy out

Goals WILL enforce if you manage to peace out

Steps to reproduce​

1. Declare war for liberate or transfer subject (Schleswig-Holstein for a Prussia run works)

2. Make the enemy (Denmark) go -100 so they leave out

3. Be confused

4. Reload, peace out before it goes to -100
