Description​

Transport planes do not add any supply to the assinged region, despite having no other logistical issue on the air wings themselves. Deploying them or not will change the supply status of the region in a slightest bit.

Steps to Reproduce​

Mods enabled: Korean translation, (fixed) spot optimization, player-led conferences. (despite playing with no mods had same issue)

Playing as: Belgian Congo.
