It would be nice if, when negotiating support for a diplomatic play, if we could request a Treaty from the nation we are supporting. We have a war goal to enforce a treaty article on the opposition but no option to draft a treaty with the nation we are supporting as part of the condition to support.

For example, if Great Britain is invading China, it would be nice as America to be able to go to them and say "I will support you in your war against China if you give me a Defensive Pact". A situation where I will help you in your wars if you help me in mine kind of deal.

This. Also if one is the senior part of the war, one should be able to lead the negotiations/faction like in EU4

Quite love it, such a great system.

Along the same thread of thinking, if I have a lot of men but no guns, and you have a lot of guns but few men, I would love to be able to draft a treaty that says I will send my soldiers in to fight as long as you supply me with guns. Not an actual manpower system, more of "I join your war and you do a goods transfer of guns and ammo" sort of deal.
