Ah, the old "403 - Forbidden" response code. Since other users are not getting 403, it means that you are having a "special experience" of the internet. I.e some proxy on the way is interrupting your connection. This could be your local administrator instituting content filters, your ISP screening what you can connect to, your government censors or even some nasty trojan living in your IP stack and trying to inject ads and having odd side-effects. It's extremely hard to guess what's actually going on from where I'm sitting.
