Tripartite Pact

I just played a game as germany and when the tripartite pact event fired, i picked "Ask only Italy to sign". Well, instead of italy, japan signed. Italy wasn´t even asked. I´ve 1.02 and hsr 2.02 installed. Since it worked fine with the vanilla 1.02 it´s got to be a HSR bug.

In HoI2 1.0 and 1.1, the triggers were the wrong way around in that event. It's fixed in 1.2, but I guess HSR's using the old vresion of the event.

Just installed 2.03. The bug is still in. Just wanted to mention it.
