Troop Bug???

Playing with Portugal in Gc, with latest patch for UK version, i was able to build 20.000 maximum troops per year.
I conquered 2 provinces from Spain, made them mine with a peace offer (Euskadia and Asturias), and the troop building limit stayed the same as years went along. Is this a bug?? Should it not rise?

Dunno.
But perhaps you were at 19.8 rounded up to 20 k per year and you got to 20.3 rounded down to 20k per year... (I'm not sure it works like this but it makes sense).

I also belive that there is a minimum of 20k +10k a year even if your provinces provide less then that.
Thus, you might need to take a few more provinces untill it shows.

In fact, the ledger has a recap of manpower per provinces and a lot have 0, especially if they are not home provinces...

Just remember that there are huge rounding errors involved (they should really have at least 2 digits all the time for basicly everything shown in the game).

Currently I'm working on a table with the exact numbers and their dependense on the province population (more people = more troops). Won't be ready for a while though.
