I was hoping that someone could help me and my friend. We're trying to play MP over valkyrie. After some initial difficulties with his router we started a game.
The problem that we have is that while we can play once, we cannot continue our session at a later date, ie we cannot load our save game.
I (the host) have saved our progress. I then host a session. My friend enters and I then choose our saved game under "scenario" and get the message that the game file is being compressed. I can then choose a country for myself.
However - he can't do anything. Not download the save, choose country or scenario - nothing. All he sees is a msg saying that the host hasn't chosen a scenario.
Now, if I choose a different scenario than our save game (GC, fantasia whatever) then everything's normal and he can choose a country to play - but not on our save game.
We've tried saving in different slots and scenarion - but it doesen't matter.
We've also downloaded the latest patch.
