Trust increases by 0.10 from unknown source

I noticed 2ith several empires that I get 0.10 trust from somewhere but it's not in the tooltip. Where is it from?

And there's no federation but its listed as 0.0.

2. What version of the game are you using?
- 5.1

3. What DLC do you have installed?
- All DLC

4. When did this start happening?
- after contacting some empires

5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
- not yet, happened several times

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
- some

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?

It comes from an established embassy, but it shows "Federation: 0.00" instead.
