Trying to launch through steam yields ERROR! Unable to locate the configuration file (RESOLVED)

After hours of troubleshooting, I was FINALLY able to uninstall the launcher and reinstall it, allowing me to launch the game.



ERROR! Unable to locate the configuration file. Not sure what to do here, just installed on my SSD and it seems to be unresponsive. Windows 10.
