Trying to make new leaders/ tech teams

Hi!

I'm trying to add some tech teams and leaders to some countries (nat Spain and Hungary).
I gave the new leaders or tech teams a new ID (just the number next to the last one in each file). The problem, sometimes they don't appear in the game (I just succeeded in two tech teams). I look carefully for some mistake in writting them, but even if I copy and existing one and paste it changing just the ID and name, it doesn't appear.
What should I do to make them work?

Remember to add an empty line at the end of the file.
Also, be sure that you're using a new ID (tech team ids are not in order sometimes).

You need to start a new scenario/game every time.
That aside, make sure your start date/end date is correct and that the id you selected is not dormant in the scenario.

Is there any fast way to know if the ID it's already in use?

Try to find it in the same file. There are 5000 ids for each country, so max + 1 should be enough.
