Intro

This scenario is a fantasy scenario a "what if" scenario.

What if America, Africa and Oceania had a much better technology than the Europeans and Asians?
What if the Europeans and Asians still only had their "primitive civilizations"?
What if the Amerindians, Africans and Oceanians had developed a feudalstate system like we know the Europeans and Asians had?
And what if it were the Amerindians, Africans and Oceanians who did the colonization?


Well lets see!



This scenario will be based on the WATKABAOI mod, using it's map and other things.
When finished it'll be independent from WATKABAOI, this means you do not need WATKABAOI to be able to play this scenario/mod because it comes with all the files necessary.

Well I don't think it'll take more than a week to get the scenario done. But I could always use some help.

So you want the small HRE states in America, Africa and Oceania ? Or In Germany and Italy?

And do you want France and Balkans as seperate countries ?


Btw, I was thinking of making the HRE a "King of the New World" Where the HRE border would be all of Europe and Asia. All Amerindians, Africans and Oceanic nations got one vote as elector.

The "religion" table will look like this:

What I meant was that it would be nice to see some small, HRE or Balkanic type states (only 'type' - I don't want to see, say, Mecklemburg in Ontario ) in the New World and Africa. France and Balkans were there just to illustrate it better .
Unfortunately, I don't quite have time to help you modding, however much I would like to help.

The Iroquois Confederacy could be broken down for instance into several smaller states. but for a starter I'll have these "big" nations.

Hmm... just a suggestion, but how about a Chumash nation (as a naval power based on the central California coast)... perhaps as an ally of a Polynesian state, with one or the other (or both) having territories in Hawaii?

As far as a region for a Balkanized area (lots of 1-2 province countries), you could do quite a bit with the historic tribes of the American East Coast. And perhaps do a reverse Vinland with a tribe based around the Nova Scotia / Quebec area discovering Scotland...

Vinland should perhaps discover Scandinavia, not Scotland. Since Leiv Eiriksson who discovered Vinland were Norwegian.

I was thinking of spliting Pomo into 1 province minors as so was it then. Chumash being one of them.
Kasperus based his map on the Amerindian tribes so it's actually pretty easy to fit.

If somebody would like to do such special alliances, goals and feuds it would be nice. Making the AIs and such would be a great help.

I just need to add the countries to the map and then it's actually done. I set it to be fantasy so all armies and navies can explore. Which takes away the problem with conquistadors and explorers.

Hahaha, it's always funny to see in scenarios with FANTASY switch all the natives automatically generated in every non-capital province and the next month boosting the population of already complete cities. :rofl:
