Well, I am looking at a really early interface, but can't you do it in game by selecting menu then options?
 
Strange, but as long as you can use it now. :)
 
His version obviously had a hole in space time. ;)
 
Or you could rename the music folder. ;)
 
There used to be a set up program that did it, but that was removed, long story.
 
Again if you want to play with no music you are best to rename the Music folder.
